Hello. My name is George, and I am a problem solver.

I work with you to solve your RV problems, and not to brag, but I’m good at it.

How can I help you?

Challenged by an RV technology, solar, power, computer, networking, or general system problem? I can help. Besides directly supporting a plethora of systems throughout my 25+ year professional career, I’ve spent sizable time researching, analyzing, testing, and obsessing about all sorts of tech. You know the guy that knows a guy who seems to know a bit about a lot of things? Well, that guy he knows is me, and I can help you solve a lot of perplexing problems too.

A little background about myself:

Over 20 years managing a computer consulting business centered on designing, operating, and maintaining the IT infrastructure for organizations ranging from fortune 500 companies to individual family-owned businesses has taught me a few things about solving all sorts of problems.

Ten years ago, my lovely wife and I wanted to see more of our beautiful country, not just on “vacation” but up-close and in person. So, we solved for that problem, after much research and a lot of analysis, by buying a converted 1966 GM bus that we’ve named Gladys, and we have been traveling and living as full-time RVers for the past nine years. It has been a truly rewarding and joyful experience, and throughout it all, I’ve spent a good deal of time solving many more new problems—as any RVer will tell you, these rigs are a rolling earthquake 😊

So, do you need help?

  • Planning a battery system or solar install and have questions or concerns? Of course! Before you buy, you need to know what you need to… know, you know? How do things fit? Where do Lithium batteries make sense? Why? How or are they better than Lead acid batteries? How much power storage do you actually need? Do you still need a generator? Where do things go together? How does it work? Why choose one technology over another? Can you run your tig welder, while blow-drying your hair, and microwaving a burrito? I can help with that.
  • Having a general mechanical or electrical problem with your rig? If it has wheels, then quite likely, yes! While I’m not a professional electrician or plumber or mechanic (and I would always advise you to seek those services directly for physical installs or modifications), I fully understand these systems and have diagnosed and troubleshot many such problems over the years as a homeowner, a business owner, and a full-time RVer in a converted 50-year-old bus.
  • Need help with your computers, your internet access, your many devices, and getting them all to talk to one another? Of course! Why choose one service provider over another? How can you connect while on the road? How to attach them securely? How to protect your service, your connection, your devices, and your data? Why is there a strange dancing monkey on your screen flinging bananas at you every time you open a web browser? (true story) I can help with all that.

How does this work?

It’s quite simple. Please email or call me directly, or fill out the ‘Get a Quote‘ form above. We’ll spend a bit of time discussing the challenge you’re facing, and whether I’m able to help you solve it. Then we’ll work together through the available options for doing so.

What does all this cost?

Alas, it always comes down to this, doesn’t it? I have always run my business with a customer-first focus. I know it sounds hokey, but I genuinely want our interaction to be a positive for the both of us. I am your advocate, but it is your decision, and it is my job to help you make an educated and informed one.

As such, initial consultation and discussion of the issue is on me. We’ll spend some time to assess the problem, identify its components, and look into possible solutions. If I am able to help, I will provide you with a rate quote for my time. My prices are quite reasonable but will naturally fluctuate depending on the complexity of the issue. Regardless, you will always have a complete picture of costs along the way, up front.

So, if you have a technology, solar, power, or general RV system problem, however small or seemingly monumental, let me help. If it’s something you need help with, I’ll do my best to see where and how I might assist. Think of me as your information, technology, and general support offsite advisor. Helping solve your pressing RV problems.
